Speech Language Pathologist
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our home- and community-based therapy team! In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment, parent and caregiver training, direct service staff coaching, and functional home program recommendations. Your work will help teach, maintain, and enhance functional skills in areas of receptive and expressive language, articulation, swallowing/feeding, and cognition, supporting communication across the home, school, and community. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and thrives providing therapy in members’ homes or approved community settings, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
Ideal applicants bring experience working with children, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. This role involves providing services in clients’ homes, following treatment plans created by supervising SLPs, and building strong, supportive relationships with families. The right candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work independently while staying closely connected with the supervising SLP. Reliable transportation, timely documentation, and the ability to use digital tools for scheduling and communication are essential. Occupational Therapist
Occupational Therapists must be able to provide evaluations individualized therapy in clients’ homes, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborating closely with families and Occupational Assistants to support client growth and independence with fine motor development, activities of daily living, and sensory integration. The right candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with our clinical team and Admin Support. Reliable transportation, timely documentation, and comfort with digital tools for scheduling and progress tracking are essential.
